BUILDING MAINTENANCE UNIT (BMU) OBSERVATION





Field Observation and Operation Verification of a working BMU, a Suspended Access Equipment customized to the building itself, including a 30-Day OSHA safety compliance report.



DESIGN-ASSIST





Assist in the design and compliance for anchors that allow equipment to safely access specific areas of the building. Our team can help determine what is required and provide solutions for safe maintenance and/or remediation.



DAVIT TESTING





Ensure required applicable loading capabilities on roof anchors required for suspended access equipment to tieback to.
