EXECUTIVE TEAM



Joe Solinski



President / CEO





With over 35 years of experience in the building envelope industry, Joe still cannot help but to get his hands dirty. As a co-founder of SGC, his expertise ranges from troubleshooting exterior cladding and roof issues, designing/consulting on high-rise access and safety. He holds certificates/credentials in Cal-OSHA SIT, SAIA Competent Person: Suspended & Frame Scaffold, Certified EIFS Professional, and Accredited Instructor for Window Installations Level RLC-1.



Tammy Solinski



Partner





Tammy spent over 20 years creating and facilitating the SGC team and it's reputation, alongside her husband and co-founder Joe Solinski. She now focuses on her long time passion in the personal training & physical fitness industry, with her own facility called the Iron Den, a healthy amenity for SGC's employees, as well as the public.



CONSULTING TEAM



Scott Maine



General Manager





Scott has been with SGC since 1998, and has more than 30 years’ experience in the building envelope industry, including waterproofing, restoration, construction management, testing and consulting. He has been involved in First Responder teams to ensure buildings are safe and running efficiently. He is an expert in Investigation, Design, Reporting, Suspended Access Equipment and Project Management.



Sal Lopez



Consulting Manager





Sal has been an SGC Team member since 2009 with over 30 years’ experience in Commercial and Residential Construction Industry as a Tradesman and Contractor and Exterior Wall Consulting. Experienced in exterior wall surveying for deficiencies, project tracking and performing quality assurance of installed work. Performs forensic water testing of to determine paths of water penetration and performs load testing of OSHA compliance of roof anchors and davits for exterior wall access.



TECHNICIAN TEAM



Alfonso Guzman



Senior Technician





Alfonso has been in the construction industry for over 15 years. He has worked in many diverse job sites and learning every day to perfect his knowledge in this industry. He is also experienced to assist with forensic water testing and also performing visual reviews and load testing for OSHA compliance of roof anchors and other rooftop exterior wall access equipment Also experienced in waterproofing restoration, ,concrete repairs in residential and commercial multifamily projects, and high rise buildings. And always works with a smile.



Cooper Solinski



Technician





Cooper has been with SGC for 5 years and assists with forensic water testing and performs load testing of OSHA compliance of roof anchors and davits for exterior wall access. His training as a firefighter, lineman, and welder round out his contribution to our team.



ACCOUNTING TEAM



Jeff Wilson



Controller





Jeff has been with SGC since 2006. Jeff is a CPA with 20+ years experience as the Controller for small service oriented companies. Jeff also has experience as an external and internal auditor.



ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM



Karren Haley



Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant





With over 20 years experience in project coordination, auditing and administration, Karren has spent over 10 of those years with SGC, as she has juggled multiple project tasks, documentation management, client relations, marketing and technology. Her proactive attitude, follow up and attention to detail has been an added benefit to the SGC team.



Allison Lis



Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant





Allison has nearly 10 years managing internal communications and correspondence between the client and the business. For SGC she ensures that project deadlines, reporting and documented communications are expedited on multiple projects in a timely manner with a detail oriented process.



INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY



Jim Solinski



Director of Information Management /
Director of sUAV Aerial Inspection





Jim has over 40 years in the Information Technology industry, including 30 years with the Air Force, and over of 16 years with SGC. He is currently responsible for the overall operations of the Information Management System, as well as cyber security, data control, configuration management and sUAV aerial inspections & record keeping for the buildings the SGC team works on, as needed.
