Design & Specifications
SGC assists with required design, testing and assembly feasibility, prior to generating specifications for the project.
Contract Administration
Once a Contractor is awarded a project, SGC ensures that both the project and contract are managed in alignment.
Daily Reports & Logs
SGC coordinates all necessary project documentation and logs from the Contractor, such as Daily Reports, Sealant Logs, Weather Delays, Exterior Access Equipment Checklists, etc., in order to ensure the Scope of Work is being properly documented to reduce liability for the Owner.
Safety & Compliance
SGC acts as the 2nd set of eyes to the Contractor, in order to ensure that safety is priority and all federal regulations are being maintained for the safety of the workers and the owner together.
Scheduling & Timelines
SGC communicates the Scope of Work schedule between the Contractor and Owner, in order to mitigate any misunderstandings or conflicts. SGC works with the Contractor to stay on task and come up with solutions, if there is a challenge.
Installed Materials
SGC verifies that the materials installed are the correct, approved materials for the project, with the engineered requirements.
Quality Assurance
SGC verifies that the materials installed meet aesthetic, physical and manufacturer's installation requirements, which will directly impact the material warranties.
Cost Control
SGC will review all Payment Applications from the Contractor to verify work completed aligns with invoicing, prior to Owner receiving. SGC will verify all monies billed are in coordination with the Contract Agreement.
